Pressure Calibration

In our laboratory, pressure calibrations are conducted following procedures prepared in accordance with the Euramet cg-17 (Guidelines on the Calibration of Electromechanical and Mechanical Manometers) Version 4.1 (09.2022) document. According to this document, basic method, standard method, and comprehensive method measurement techniques are applied based on customer requests. Our reference devices have national and international traceability.

Relative pressure gauges that do not measure enclosed space pressure include analog and digital manometers, pressure transducers, and pressure transmitters. Analog and digital manometers measure gas or liquid pressure directly, while pressure transmitters and pressure transducers respond to pressure changes with an electrical signal (current, voltage, or frequency).

For relative pressure gauges, we provide services in the measurement ranges of -0.8 bar to 25 bar pneumatically (with air) and 4 bar to 1000 bar hydraulically (with oil).

Differential pressure gauges, which are part of the relative pressure gauge group, measure the pressure difference between two pressure points. The calibrations of differential pressure gauges are performed in the range of 5 Pa to 1000 hPa.

For absolute pressure measurement, digital and analog barometers are used to measure atmospheric pressure (ambient air pressure). The range for calibration services we provide using pneumatic (air) methods is from 600 hPa to 1200 hPa.
