TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION

Temperature measuring devices play a critical role across a wide range of applications, from scientific research to food and pharmaceutical safety, and from climate and meteorology studies to industrial and manufacturing processes. In these fields, the importance of accurate temperature measurement makes the reliability of temperature measuring devices indispensable.

Types of Temperature Measurement Devices
Advanced temperature measurement devices include indicator thermometers, thermal cameras, infrared (IR) thermometers, surface temperature thermometers, and temperature and humidity measuring data loggers. The calibration of these devices is becoming increasingly important.

Our laboratory offers reliable services in many fields with a wide range of measurement capabilities and low uncertainties. We provide trustworthy temperature measurement services using traceable reference devices in accordance with national and international standards.

Temperature Calibration
Temperature calibrations are conducted based on customer requests, either on-site or in our laboratory. The measurement capabilities and calibration ranges of our devices are as follows:

  • Indicator Temperature Meters: Resistance, resistance sensor thermometers, thermocouples, liquid baths, and block calibrators from -35°C to 1000°C. Resistance thermometers with thermocouple PT100 reference in climate-controlled cabinets from -35°C to 120°C.
  • Controlled Volumes: Calibration of temperature and humidity distributions in devices such as ovens, incubators, cold rooms, climate-controlled cabinets, autoclaves, liquid baths, furnaces, climatic cabinets, high-temperature furnaces, and ash furnaces is conducted within a wide range of measurement based on customer demand.
  • Infrared Thermometers and Thermal Cameras: Devices capable of measuring between -35°C and +350°C.
  • Surface Temperature Thermometers: Measure within the range of 50°C to 150°C.
  • Temperature Indicators and Calibrators: Calibration is performed according to the Euramet cg-11 document using the electrical simulation method from -200°C to 1800°C.
  • Temperature and Relative Humidity Meters: Calibration of relative humidity meters and data loggers is carried out in climate-controlled cabinets with low measurement uncertainties.
